What was the impact?

How a personal brand lifts
the entire business

From passion to demand

From having a strong cause to becoming a sought-after voice. Ida went from creating content to attracting clients, speaking gigs, and media attention.

A brand that drives opportunities

With a sharp strategy and consistent content, Ida became an active part of the conversation in her industry. It created not just reach – but concrete opportunities and relationships.

Visibility that turns into results

The effort led directly to new clients, podcast invitations, and a sold-out event. A clear proof that personal branding can be turned into real business.

A look at the starting point before the journey began

What was Ida's starting point?

Ida already had a strong cause and an energy you could feel. She knew her voice could make a difference – but lacked the structure and direction to unfold her full potential.

She had the passion and the perspectives, but without a clear strategy for how to turn it into visibility, impact, and concrete opportunities.

What did we do?

We gathered a dedicated team around Ida to transform her passion into a sharp, consistent, and lasting personal brand.

  • Jonas (Co-Founder): Identified opportunities and set the direction to accelerate her brand
  • Christian (Strategy Lead): Developed a clear strategy and sharpened the messages so they hit precisely
  • Anne (Journalist): Turned her thoughts and opinions into relatable content that engaged and moved the conversation
  • Johannes (Co-Founder): Created sharp USPs and sales messages that made her brand commercially strong

We constantly worked with new angles, balanced edge with authenticity, and created content that didn’t just create reach and engagement – but led to real opportunities.

Full experience

“From day one, I’ve been positively surprised by the level of professionalism, focus, and – most importantly – their ability to truly understand my business, my market, and the challenges I was facing.

It’s made a huge difference that I haven’t just gotten an agency, but a team that’s a step ahead the whole time. Deliverables are always on time, and they work when it’s needed – without me ever having to follow up or push.

What has really moved the needle for me is that we haven’t just created visibility – we’ve created momentum. I had a solid foundation, but it was the ability to build on it, keep the pace, and work strategically with my personal brand that made the difference.

In a short time, I’ve gained a sharper direction, more peace of mind – and most importantly: new clients and concrete PR opportunities.

Honestly, the collaboration started a bit by chance, but it quickly became a very deliberate choice. The team has an energy and sharpness that’s hard to find, and I have great respect for the fact that they also choose their clients carefully. It’s exactly the approach I believe in myself – and that’s why the collaboration just makes sense.”

Kasper

Personal Branding & Content

About Kasper

Kasper works on bringing people’s stories to life. Through conversations he draws out what is interesting and turns it into content that engages and creates visibility.

He is genuinely curious and loves to listen – and that is also where his strength lies.

“I pick up on the nuances and try to bring out the best in the people I work with.”

Kasper keeps up with the world around him, always looking for new angles to make the stories even stronger.

A good day for Kasper is when there have been inspiring meetings, good conversations and the feeling that we have created something great together.

As a colleague he contributes with a great sense of humour, overview and a hug when needed.

In his private life his time goes to his girlfriend and dog – and to ideas. Lots of ideas…

“I always have 25 ideas for every 24 hours of the day.”

Christian

Personal Branding Consultant

About Christian

Christian works on advising and executing on our clients’ LinkedIn strategy. Concretely, it is about finding the angles in their profiles that can become authentic content and strengthen their personal brand.

“People connect with people.”

What he is strongest at is understanding the person behind the profile. Quickly figuring out who they are, what they stand for – and what the right personal angle is. For Christian everything starts with the relationship.

“If that isn’t strong, I don’t get access to what I need in order to write great content.”

A good day for Christian is when there have been good client meetings and he has created results. What motivates him is quite simple: that the clients succeed. He sees it as a privilege to be allowed to be part of a client’s personal journey.

As a colleague he contributes with great energy, humour and closeness – and cares deeply about transparency and making sure the people around him are doing well.

In his private life he is a father of two – and that takes up everything right now. And he is the type where “what you see is what you get”… even though for many years he lied about being allergic to wasps.

Line

Marketing, Branding & Content

About Line

Line works with marketing, branding and content – where creativity, strategy and execution meet. She helps businesses figure out what they are missing and how to move forward.

She is attentive, analytical and full of ideas – and nerds out on… everything.

“Anything I can nerd out on – and preferably 10 things at once.”

A good day for Line is when she has crossed off her to-do’s while good old R&B tracks play in the background – and when she simultaneously feels that she has made a difference and been there for her colleagues.

She is motivated by pushing ideas through and creating something that actually moves the needle.

As a colleague she contributes with great energy, curiosity and presence – and a good conversation about everything under the sun.

In her private life she is often out with her dog in the forest (preferably in rubber boots), at the gym – or busy filling up her camera roll. And yes… she was a role-player as a child.

Josephine

Student Assistant - Communication & Marketing

About Josephine

Josephine works with communication and marketing, and is among other things responsible for Hume’s LinkedIn profile. She is also involved in various projects across the website and cases.

She is good at coming up with ideas and seeing them all the way through to life – even when the path isn’t entirely clear from the start.

“When I’m given a task, I take ownership and work my way through to a solution.”

She thrives with sparring, different perspectives, and is motivated by being able to put her own stamp on things and develop along the way.

A good day for Josephine is when deadlines are met – and when she is surrounded by her colleagues:

“Their great energy and teamwork give me both motivation and joy in my work.”

As a colleague she contributes with infectiously positive energy and a great sense of humour.

In her spare time she spends a lot of time with her friends and family. She also loves cooking and staying active. And she is the type who knows all the melodies – but none of the lyrics.

Johannes

Co-Founder

+45 51 31 66 68

About Johannes

Johannes is a Co-Founder, bad with words, but razor-sharp in a spreadsheet – something his girlfriend would potentially have appreciated if it were the other way around :).

He works on optimising operations and results for our clients through data analysis and business understanding in close collaboration with the right experts.

Jonas says he is an eternal realist, but he sees himself as the perfectionist realist who keeps his nose to the grindstone when ideas start pulling in all directions.

On top of that he manages the company card with a firm hand and ensures that more money comes into the business than goes out… A role that means he has to play the bad guy from time to time… Which he says he doesn’t like, but deep down enjoys just a little.

Jonas

Co-Founder

About Jonas

Jonas is a Co-Founder and works with business development, sales and branding – but in practice he takes on whatever hats are missing.

He is good at quickly understanding situations and finding solutions – and at hyping the people around him.

“That’s also a weakness… it’s not always what you want, to have a solution to everything you say out loud.”

Right now he is especially focused on becoming a better leader as the team grows.

A good day is when the team is in flow – whether that’s laughing over a beer or being in full “war-room” mode on a case.

“It’s pretty awesome to be a part of.”

As a colleague he is the eternal optimist who sees opportunities and helps with direction.

In his private life he spends time with his girlfriend, football and life in Copenhagen – although he himself says his knees are like those of a 78-year-old. And he also needs to recharge every now and then… preferably with a sofa and Netflix.
