A smarter way to build visibility and authority

Watch the video and hear more about the story behind Hume Agency, our approach to personal brands, and how we help leaders become visible on LinkedIn.
“We help founders, CEOs, and experts turn their experience and perspectives into content that builds trust, visibility, and business opportunities.”
– Hume Agency

We've mastered personal branding – now we're sharing the recipe.

So, who is Hume?

We’re the new kids on the block. The ones people look at sideways at first, thinking: “Who are these guys – and what do they want?” We give a polite middle finger to the classic corporate approaches and rethink how an agency can work with clients in the field of communication.

Do we know exactly where we’ll end up? Not at all. Will we get there without making mistakes? Way too late for that… At Hume, it’s exciting to challenge “the normal way of doing things.” That’s what drives us. We thrive in the role of underdogs. In a world of big agencies and tight connections (read: nepotism), we don’t see an impossible market. We see an opportunity to do something completely different.

And that’s exactly what we’ve started doing. It’s not perfect, but it’s a start. And we’re only just getting going.

Welcome to the journey.

Our values

Our personality | With anecdotes

It’s the foundation for everything we do: helping leaders and experts communicate authentically, build trust, and create visibility through strong personal brands.

Dedicated

When we needed to find Tech and IT students for our case competition for Telenor (our first client), we spent a lot of money on paid marketing – without getting any sign-ups. So we went to Aalborg, slept on a friend’s couch for two weeks, and knocked on doors until we had the sign-ups we needed.

No bullshit

We started our “strategy creation” like everyone else in the industry – full of bullshit. We didn’t know it, and it was with the best intentions. But when we discovered that we had created a strategy that couldn’t be activated in reality, we pivoted and started working directly with entrepreneurs, CEOs & consultants.

Empowering

We all work differently and are motivated by different things. What works for one person doesn’t necessarily work for another. For example, when our founders need to recharge, you’ll find Johannes in a chess game, while Jonas takes a power nap. The point is: You know best how to create the best results for Hume.

Razor sharp

We always strive to deliver a little extra for our clients. In just a few years, we’ve become thought leaders in personal & employer branding, with international talks and presentations for some of Denmark’s largest companies.

Playful provocateurs

We love to divide opinions. People should either hate us or love us. It’s a cornerstone of our Tone of Voice and has helped us build brand awareness globally. Companies have reached out to us precisely because we’re NOT like our competitors, and our provocative LinkedIn posts continue to generate high engagement and earn us invitations to podcasts and international speaking events.

Trustworthy

We build trust by being honest. We’re open about the fact that our initial approach to employer branding strategy didn’t fit the pace of startups and scaleups. That’s why we pivoted, and today we’re more trusted among our target audience than ever before.

Major visibility

Built to build personal brands

Our approach isn’t about posting more, but about posting right. With strategy, storytelling, and consistent content, we help leaders build authority and visibility on LinkedIn.

Personal branding

We help founders, leaders, and experts build strong personal brands that create visibility, trust, and new opportunities.

Strategic content

All content is created with a clear strategy. The goal isn’t just activity — but to build authority and a distinct voice on LinkedIn.

Consistent visibility

Visibility is built over time. We help our clients be present on LinkedIn with relevant content that gets seen and remembered.

Real business value

A strong personal brand isn’t just about reach. It’s about relationships, trust, and opportunities that create growth for your business.

FOUNDERS' STORY

We began 2020 with a focus on students

We started the journey as “Studentcore” in mid-2020. Back then, our primary focus was connecting students and companies through live events. Covid-19 made the idea far more complex. It meant that the process around on-site marketing and running our first case competition became more challenging than expected.

In collaboration with Telenor, we postponed the event date to October 2021, where we gathered the most talented tech and IT students for a strong event at Telenor’s office in Aalborg.

Along the way, we realized that we wanted to help companies even more within human communication. We wanted to scale.

Personal Branding & Content

About Kasper

Kasper works on bringing people’s stories to life. Through conversations he draws out what is interesting and turns it into content that engages and creates visibility.

He is genuinely curious and loves to listen – and that is also where his strength lies.

“I pick up on the nuances and try to bring out the best in the people I work with.”

Kasper keeps up with the world around him, always looking for new angles to make the stories even stronger.

A good day for Kasper is when there have been inspiring meetings, good conversations and the feeling that we have created something great together.

As a colleague he contributes with a great sense of humour, overview and a hug when needed.

In his private life his time goes to his girlfriend and dog – and to ideas. Lots of ideas…

“I always have 25 ideas for every 24 hours of the day.”

Christian

Personal Branding Consultant

About Christian

Christian works on advising and executing on our clients’ LinkedIn strategy. Concretely, it is about finding the angles in their profiles that can become authentic content and strengthen their personal brand.

“People connect with people.”

What he is strongest at is understanding the person behind the profile. Quickly figuring out who they are, what they stand for – and what the right personal angle is. For Christian everything starts with the relationship.

“If that isn’t strong, I don’t get access to what I need in order to write great content.”

A good day for Christian is when there have been good client meetings and he has created results. What motivates him is quite simple: that the clients succeed. He sees it as a privilege to be allowed to be part of a client’s personal journey.

As a colleague he contributes with great energy, humour and closeness – and cares deeply about transparency and making sure the people around him are doing well.

In his private life he is a father of two – and that takes up everything right now. And he is the type where “what you see is what you get”… even though for many years he lied about being allergic to wasps.

Line

Marketing, Branding & Content

jl@humeagency.com

+45 51 31 66 68

About Line

Line works with marketing, branding and content – where creativity, strategy and execution meet. She helps businesses figure out what they are missing and how to move forward.

She is attentive, analytical and full of ideas – and nerds out on… everything.

“Anything I can nerd out on – and preferably 10 things at once.”

A good day for Line is when she has crossed off her to-do’s while good old R&B tracks play in the background – and when she simultaneously feels that she has made a difference and been there for her colleagues.

She is motivated by pushing ideas through and creating something that actually moves the needle.

As a colleague she contributes with great energy, curiosity and presence – and a good conversation about everything under the sun.

In her private life she is often out with her dog in the forest (preferably in rubber boots), at the gym – or busy filling up her camera roll. And yes… she was a role-player as a child.

Josephine

Student Assistant - Communication & Marketing

jl@humeagency.com

About Josephine

Josephine works with communication and marketing, and is among other things responsible for Hume’s LinkedIn profile. She is also involved in various projects across the website and cases.

She is good at coming up with ideas and seeing them all the way through to life – even when the path isn’t entirely clear from the start.

“When I’m given a task, I take ownership and work my way through to a solution.”

She thrives with sparring, different perspectives, and is motivated by being able to put her own stamp on things and develop along the way.

A good day for Josephine is when deadlines are met – and when she is surrounded by her colleagues:

“Their great energy and teamwork give me both motivation and joy in my work.”

As a colleague she contributes with infectiously positive energy and a great sense of humour.

In her spare time she spends a lot of time with her friends and family. She also loves cooking and staying active. And she is the type who knows all the melodies – but none of the lyrics.

Johannes

Co-Founder

About Johannes

Johannes is a Co-Founder, bad with words, but razor-sharp in a spreadsheet – something his girlfriend would potentially have appreciated if it were the other way around :).

He works on optimising operations and results for our clients through data analysis and business understanding in close collaboration with the right experts.

Jonas says he is an eternal realist, but he sees himself as the perfectionist realist who keeps his nose to the grindstone when ideas start pulling in all directions.

On top of that he manages the company card with a firm hand and ensures that more money comes into the business than goes out… A role that means he has to play the bad guy from time to time… Which he says he doesn’t like, but deep down enjoys just a little.

Jonas

Co-Founder

jm@humeagency.com

+45 22 44 40 72

About Jonas

Jonas is a Co-Founder and works with business development, sales and branding – but in practice he takes on whatever hats are missing.

He is good at quickly understanding situations and finding solutions – and at hyping the people around him.

“That’s also a weakness… it’s not always what you want, to have a solution to everything you say out loud.”

Right now he is especially focused on becoming a better leader as the team grows.

A good day is when the team is in flow – whether that’s laughing over a beer or being in full “war-room” mode on a case.

“It’s pretty awesome to be a part of.”

As a colleague he is the eternal optimist who sees opportunities and helps with direction.

In his private life he spends time with his girlfriend, football and life in Copenhagen – although he himself says his knees are like those of a 78-year-old. And he also needs to recharge every now and then… preferably with a sofa and Netflix.
